We had Portuguese class in the morning and then had authentic Brazilian Mineiro food (food typical from the state of Minas Gerais). We then visited the Afro-Brasileiro museum and learned about some of the basis of Brazilian culture including language and food. A special thank you to all the students who made my birthday a wonderful day!
